We ship our gift baskets for babies within the Continental United States, utilizing FedEx and USPS.

Please note that shipping time varies depending on the FedEx and USPS shipping schedule, as well as the warehouse we are shipping our items from. We strongly recommend that you provide a complete address that includes the street, apartment or suite number, city, state and zip code. Please do not forget to indicate a valid telephone number for the recipient. Providing us with complete addresses and telephone numbers will help us avoid a parcel getting lost, being returned to us and/or necessity for re-delivery which also implies a re-delivery charge.

Any re-delivery charge will be calculated based on the gift and delivery area.

Re-Routing a package to another address will be $13.00 as charged by FedEx.


Returns & Refunds:

The satisfaction of our customers is a top priority here, at . If you are not satisfied with a gift basket, we will happily replace or exchange items, upon receiving the returned original product, within 7 days. Please contact us by e-mail of receipt for an authorized return. Only authorized returns will be accepted. You can also leave us a voice-mail at our US Toll Free: 1-866-761-6522, and we will get back to you with any information within 24 hours.

If we made an error with the product, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds are for the product price minus any shipping charges incurred.

Refunds will be applied only after we receive the gift in the original packaging.

Please note that personalized items are not subject to refunds.
